The second day of testimony in the penalty phase for convicted serial killer Anthony Sowell, three family members took the stand.
In July, Sowell was convicted on 82 of 83 charges, including aggravated murder, rape and kidnapping. Police found the bodies of 11 women decomposing in and around his house Imperial Avenue in October and November 2009.
